It is without doubt, the most technical race I have ever photographed.
The rules are very simple, by teams of two, with the sole objective of climbing all peaks over 2900m. of Andorra. It is not marked, you choose the path to win.
Obviously, if you have enough technical training, the faster way is to scramble a ridge from summit to summit avoiding to go down to the valley. But you decide.
The ideal route is about 70 kilometers and a total of almost 7,000 positive meters, an authentic madness within reach of a few.
Photographing a race like this, it makes your hair stand up…
